Feb. 23, 2018
As we begin planning for the arrival of new students in Fall 2018, we first offer our thanks to all of you who have taught Freshman and Sophomore Seminars in the past. We also ask that you consider participating again this year. The benefits to our students are immeasurable.
Faculty are also rewarded for their participation, including a $3,000 research grant provided to Senate faculty teaching their seminar as an overload. For more information, contact Alix Schwartz (642-8378, firstname.lastname@example.org), who can provide you with a complete list of benefits.
If you’re interested in teaching a seminar, please fill out the Freshman and Sophomore Seminars faculty participation form by Monday, March 5, and be sure to let your departmental chair and scheduler know as soon as possible.
Thank you for your support of this vital program.
